"Let Us Stay With You" has been a powerful unifying concept for The Ritz-Carlton brand and its culture for almost a decade. While memory making has always been the bedrock of the brand, this halo message needed to be compelling to global Ritz-Carlton guests. This was an ideal opportunity to bring this concept to life for in-room video and on social channels for guests.
To best illustrate the notion that an experience with the brand "stays with you", we presented vignettes of shared experiences that showcase how The Ritz-Carlton brings people closer together, thus ensuring the everlasting potency of the memory. What is shared, is what will last.
