Since late 2017, The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach has been closed for a top-to-bottom renovation after the damage it sustained from Hurricane Irma. The hotel wanted to reposition themselves for a grand re-opening to differentiate them from the competition in Miami.

This was an ideal opportunity to refresh more than just the hotel itself. This location has the unique identity of offering a Ritz-Carlton product that is uniquely South Beach. It's the exotic, refined. This phase 1 campaign was aimed towards travelers as well as event planners.
